The staff were lovely. The resort is located in a peaceful location near the east coast. There is a variety of nice food at breakfast.

I stayed at this resort for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with making my payment through a transfer, which I greatly appreciated. The bungalows were cozy and well-maintained. What made my stay even more special was the presence of a friendly monkey, who was treated with care and put in a cage at night for her safety. The location of the resort was great, as it was a bit away from the main street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I loved exploring the different routes back to the hotel on the complimentary bicycles, and even stumbled upon a hidden and affordable clothes shop.

The value for money at this resort is amazing! The room was spacious with great amenities and aircon. The location was a bit of a walk, but it was worth it for the cozy and homely environment. The staff treated us like family, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Mr. Norman, the manager, was especially friendly and kept us laughing throughout our entire stay. We even had a fun cooking session together! Highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast could use a little more variety.

During my recent stay at Banana Leaf Resort, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I even had the pleasure of listening to the manager, Soul, serenade us with his guitar and welcoming songs. The location of the resort was great, close to the main street and beach but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort located in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for me to explore the city as it was just a few minutes to the harbor, northern and western beaches. The hotel facilities were great and I especially enjoyed the pool where I could swim under the stars at night. The staff was friendly and very helpful, providing me with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and served on time. Also, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel has a secluded location, making it perfect for those who want a peaceful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms and bathrooms are kept spotlessly clean, and have hot water available. the friendly staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering pancakes and coffee upon arrival. Guests can rent bikes through the hotel and enjoy snorkeling expeditions at an affordable price.

Some of the facilities of the hotel seem quite cramped, and the overall value does not seem worth the price.
